This Privacy Policy explains how AdninCap Ltd (“AdninCap”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal data when you use our loan services mobile application(s) and related services (the “Service”).

AdninCap Ltd operates the Service and processes personal data for the purposes described in this Policy.

2) Scope

This Policy applies to users in Nigeria and covers data processed for:

  • loan application and assessment (underwriting)

  • loan approval/decline decisions

  • disbursement and repayment tracking

  • customer support and service operations

  • compliance and auditing

3) Personal data we collect

We collect only the personal data you submit to us directly through the App or when you contact us.

Depending on how you use the Service, this may include:

  • your identity and contact information

  • information you submit during registration and loan application

  • financial information you submit for loan assessment, disbursement, and repayment management

  • information you provide when you contact customer support

We do not collect analytics data, device identifiers, IP address logs, crash logs, or location data.

Information from third parties (verification results)

To provide loan services, we work with third-party providers such as KYC/identity verification services and credit bureaus/credit agencies.

  • We may send some of the information you submit in the App to these providers to verify your identity and assess eligibility.

  • We may receive back verification or assessment results (for example, confirmation results, risk indicators, or credit assessment responses).

4) Why we use your data

We use your personal data to:

  • create and manage your account

  • process loan applications and assess eligibility

  • verify identity and support fraud prevention

  • communicate loan decisions to you

  • disburse approved loan funds and manage repayments

  • provide customer support and resolve complaints

  • meet legal, regulatory, compliance, and auditing requirements

  • protect the Service and prevent fraud

5) Our legal basis for processing

We process personal data on the following legal bases, as permitted by applicable law:

EduAid is not intended for children. We do not knowingly provide loan services to anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we may notify you in the App or through other appropriate means.
